Wellness mornings

The morning is for a group of four people and will begin at 9am until 12pm.


The morning will take place in our beautiful parachute.


Beginning with a personalised guided campfire meditation to help calm and soothe your body and mind.

This will be followed by a thirty minute massage treatment especially for your feet.

The treatments will be delivered outside, underneath the parachute and around the campfire.


The treatment will include a deeply relaxing massage to your calves and feet, within the treatment we will incorporate the use of our beautiful hot stones, bringing ultimate calm and balance to your body and mind.

After this deeply relaxing experience, tea and cake will be served, followed by a personalised discussion about relaxation, our minds, thoughts, emotions and behaviours.


With time to discuss and explore our different ways of thinking and how we can become more positive and focused.
