Wellness mornings

These morning workshops can be adapted for up to groups of eight people. They can be held on either Saturday or Sunday mornings depending on availability.

The mornings will take place in our beautiful 5m bell tent complete with wood burning stove.

We can adapt these workshops to suit you, they are designed to help calm and soothe your body and mind and will include a guided meditation led by myself and Mark Marsland.

We include tools and techniques to combat and alleviate feelings of stress, anxiety and depression.

We can also include personalised and individual treatments upon request.

Treatments offered can include reflexology, reiki or deeply nurturing back, neck and shoulder massage.

Refreshments and cake will also be included.
