Relaxation evenings


These unique and bespoke evenings will take place within our stunning 5m bell tent, decorated with fairy lights, soft furnishings and wood burning stove.


We will take you through some breathing exercises and relaxation techniques and then lead you on a guided meditation.

After the meditation there will be time to discuss and share your experiences and ask any questions.

The second part of the evening will be teaching you tools to help alleviate feelings of anxiety, depression and stress. We will be teaching you how to relax and the importance of relaxation.

We have flexibility to take small groups of friends or larger groups of up to ten people.

These workshops have been designed as an opportunity for self discovery, to find out more about where our triggers for anxiety, depression come from and an opportunity to learn some empowering self help tools.

There will be chance for discussion at the end, hot drinks and delicious homemade cake will also be served.

These workshops will be delivered on a group basis and therefore we will not be able to deliver one to one sessions during the workshop.


However, you will be able to book one to one appointments with myself or Mark Marsland, which will be arranged at a later date if there is a specific issue you would like to discuss.

Workshop will be two and a half hours and priced at £35 per person.
