Join myself and Hannah (www.stellularsounds.com) for a morning of rejuvenating sound therapy, Reiki and somatic Thai stretch massage in the tranquil setting of our wood fired heated bell tent in Holten le moor village.

Your journey of self discovery will begin with a cacao ceremony designed to connect and open up your heart chakra, supporting you in connecting with love and compassion for yourself.

​

After a short meditation you can lay back and allow the sounds and frequencies of Hannah's instruments to gently guide you into a state of complete calm and tranquillity while I integrate somatic healing with Thai stretch massage and Reiki.

​

The morning will conclude with delicious homemade cake and a hot cup of tea to help ground and centre you.

​

This is a unique and exclusive experience for a maximum of four guests

£70 per person. This is a two hour session.
