Discuss with me what you want to take from your bespoke treatment in relation to pressure and flow, and let the tension and stress drift away... Swedish massage uses a light to medium pressure working the soft tissues of the body. Great for releasing day to day stresses, muscular tension and to help encourage overall relaxation. Deep tissue is a deeper, slower, and firmer massage, where elbows and forearms are used to stretch and lengthen the muscles. Combine the two techniques for your ultimate massage.
